DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION
At Odyssey S.T.E.M. Institute we believe diverse and integrated environments create a community-wide trajectory of achievement. We value expanding equitable access to programs in communities of opportunity, breaking language barriers through multilingualism, leveraging the complexities of intersectionality and promoting social-emotional well-being to institute inclusive, sustainable culturally-connected communities through culturally-relevant experiences in the S.T.E.M. industry. Odyssey S.T.E.M. Institute does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, veteran/military status, etc. in any of it’s activities or operations.
